The Euro Spec Acura

The European Honda Accord iTCDi is better known in the United States as the Acura TSX. It comes with a 2.2 liter 4 cylinder turbo diesel engine that coughs up 140 horses and 250 pounds of torque. Doing a quick Acura mileage comparison this sweet car accelerates from 0 to 62 in 9.6 seconds while driving up to a distance of 50 miles on a gallon of diesoline. Compared to the 2008 Hybrid Honda Civic, the Acura’s pure diesel engine seems to be delivering more use for it’s juice. Unfortunately, there is no word from Honda as to when the new Acura will be released in the United States. For now, all we can do is peer across the Atlantic in the hopes of seeing the Acura for the first time.
