Software development for web based HR

I was as a software developer for an organization that develops internet based systems. One of the projects we have been working on is a web based hr system. There is a great deal of demand from the recruitment industry to provide solutions for web based interfaces. These programs are a powerful way to display job advertisement on the front end and have powerful sorting and screening functionality to allow any recruitment business to run seamlessly. We have several clients who have expressed an interest in this functionality.
