I’ve been reading about
Lean Manufacturing Principles lately. I think it would be a good idea for our company. It could help a great deal with improving our efficiency.
From what I can tell, Lean Manufacturing Classes would be of such great benefit for us that it would be worth the difficult changes we’d have to make.
I think big improvements in efficiency will be absolutely critical for our ongoing success.
