Thoughts On Six Sigma Programs

Lately I’ve been wondering a lot about six sigma programs. I keep hearing about other businesses cleaning up their operations with six sigma programs, and I wonder if we shouldn’t try it.
From what I’ve seen, Lean Six Sigma Certification looks like it might be just what the doctor ordered for us. We’ve been stagnating for too long.
I know that six sigma programs was instrumental in the turnaround of a friend’s business. Hopefully it can do the same for us.
