A month ago, I was asked to attend a presentation being held in St. Louis, MO about the ethical dilemmas that people with religious backgrounds face in the business world. There were several guest speakers at the conference, and most of them were Christian Speakers. They talked about their educational background, including colleges that they attended, and how all of their experiences shaped their worldview, and how this happens to everyone in some way or another. Everyone has a “lens” that they view everything through. I learned a lot about how I view the world just by listening to someone else tell me how they view the world.
