When I wanted to implement process manufacturing on my production processes, I wanted to know if they would need a complete overhaul of my business processes. When I looked at my processes, I found that there were glaring gaps. These gaps were giving rise to a lot of lag time and extra inventory. This was the time I got it that I would need to overhaul my processes. Its helped our company to be more profitable.
