Employees are always the most important part of any organization. The fact of the matter is, if you have a job in an organization, chances are you are important; otherwise they would not pay you. A big part of human resource management is keeping morale high by doing what it takes to assure employees that they actually matter. Being part of a company should to some degree tell you of your self worth. However, if management fails to look after its human resource , chances are that the company will find itself without any qualified employees.
