I opened my restaurant without really knowing very much about how to run it, but I was very enthusiastic and I was sure that I would be a success, even if it took me over 10 years. However, one of the things that I really did not think about was how to control the finances, and it was only after being in business for about a year, and getting into quite a lot of mess, I realized that I really needed to buy some Restaurant Accounting Software, since this would really help to automate a lot of the processes and would make my life much easier.
