Sarbanes Oxley For Dummies: An Invaluable Resource

This is why during the entire duration of running my own business, I hired a CPA firm to take care of my corporate taxes. It was much easier that way and much less-stressful. I’ve since sold my business and moved onto different ventures, but I still get requests from friends of mine about what to do in certain financial situations. After giving my personal experiences, I tell them a great story about a friend of mine who learned all he needed to know about SARBOX from reading sarbanes oxley for dummies.
