The best I could get at that time was the very minimum network access fee (it may have been as much as $20 a month, if I remember correctly), and at least 30 cents a minute for peak time calls.
I have so many more choices now! I can get a plan much like my first one, or I can buy a prepaid cell phone and pay for minutes as I go.
