One of the more tenacious menaces that could be found on the internet is spyware . At its best, it’s giving away your private data and hogging you internet bandwidth. At worst, it is being used to maliciously take control of a computer away from the user. There is simply no scenario for the average computer user wherein spyware can be of any good. Since the problem does not seem to be going away soon, the best thing to do is find programs that block spyware and to check for these insidious programs periodically with the proper maintenance programs.
