		<description>refusing to pay is understandable, but you will just screw yourself in the long run.  it will go against your credit and YOU will have to deal with this...won't effect the collector so much.

try setting up a payment plan with the agency.  i have heard  in the past that if you are making a payment that bills can't go to collections, but that's not true.

you will regret your decision not to pay later.  suck it up and do it now.</description>

		<description>It can affect your credit if it has gone to collections.  Your best option is to call them to set up a payment plan and put it in writing.  They have to report it to the credit agencies that your are making payment and your account will not show as delinquent.</description>
