Here is a riddle. What’s the common factor between a good and a bad real estate agent? It’s simple and quite easy – their job is to clinch deals that bring profit. Simple, right? I don’t think its that simple because a real estate agent has the professional competence to clinch a deal so that can make you feel satisfied but a lot of real estate agents are known for the wrong reasons, namely tricks and fraud. So when your real estate agent pulls off a great deal, always check it before you sign the dotted line. Don’t end up as a fair game when your buildings for sale.
