No. Morehouse is an excellent school. What you do need is to be near the top of your class. (so work hard on your GPA) Doing an internship with them can't hurt either...
Jon Corzine, who was a senior partner at Goldman Sachs and then became Governor of N.J. went to University of Illnois, and then did grad school and the University of Chicago, neither of which are Ivy League schools. Also, note in his bio, he didn't start out at Goldman Sachs, rather he started with smaller corporations and worked his way up the ladder. If your GPA isn't high enough, you can make your name in the banking industry this way, through hard work and dedication to your career.

edit: Additionally, if you look at this article, , you'll see of the top 5 CEOs, none of them went to Ivies. Michael McCallister went to Louisiana Tech, Clarence Otis went to Williams College, William Rhodes went to Tennessee-Martin. Get your degree, get that job, and work hard.

Go to Goldman Sachs careers website. It's loaded with info about opportunities. Also, I can 100% say that Goldman Sachs do not limit their recruitment to Ivy League schools. They run recruitment events at all major universities across the UK. Ask your local Uni if they're holding an event their soon for Goldman Sachs? You need to be a top performer and consistent academic achiever to get a job with Goldman Sachs, but once youre employed, you'll make truck loads of money and get to work all over the world. Good luck
