Providing Services and Personal Resiliency
During business as usual a degree of tension, stress and pressure can accompany the course toward achievement of company goals and objectives. To ward off the effects of these characteristics you need to be resilient or have the knack to bounce back. First; keep things in perspective. Don’t jump to conclusions and don’t blow things out of proportion. Second; breathe easy and fully. Prolonged and constricted breathing can raise your blood pressure. Next; concentrate on the task at hand. It is a temptation to try and handle everything at once, especially on a mental level. One thing at a time-please. Lastly; keep your eye on the prize, like commodity trading school. Try not to forget the positive and constructive purpose for your efforts. Imagine what the future will look like and feel like when you achieve your goals.
