Of course its illegal. Paulson lied and said the bailout money will be used to buy up toxic mortgages so the banks can lend again and then goldman turned around and stiffed us. All this money should be clawed back to the American taxpayer. All of it!!!!!!! This is a godam disgrace and is the #1 reason why Americans are on the verge of a second revolution. This is disgraceful and Obama is even more disgraceful because goldman financed his campaign so he will never go after them. Pathetic!!!!

Its illegal and immoral. We all know why its immoral, but its illegal because Paulson lied under oath about what the tarp funds would be used for. He said they will be used to buy up toxic mortgages and then goldman turned around and used the money for investments at rock bottom prices. Why Hank Paulson is not in jail for perjury is beyond me. He said the tarp funds will be used to buy up all the toxic mortgages so banks can lend again and then just gave the money to goldman so they can buy up assets at rock bottom prices. Truly disgusting, disgraceful, disingenuous, and outright illegal. We want that godam money back now!!!!!!!!!!!! This game of heads I win tails you lose has got to stop. The young generation is lost and indebted for life because of this behavior.
