		<description>You need to figure out who your insurance is though. Call your old job, or something... But, yes... Its your bill. The doctor/hospital the bill is coming from will probably know who your insurance carrier was... Unless that's the reason they're billing you. :)</description>

It will stay on your credit report for 7 years, even if the statute of limitations has passed.  If you don't want your credit messed up, pay the bill.

If this thing is 5 years old though, you might want to check your states statute of limitations on bills.  All states are different.  Link below.</description>
