Is it me or does everyone in the media seem to hate Goldman Sachs?

I am currently in b-school and everyone in my year looks up to Goldman Sachs as the best place to work. It seems like that sentiment is not shared among the rest of the public. Yes, I know what happened yesterday regarding Paulson and GS, but the media seems to be writhing with joy to hear that Goldman is facing a lawsuit. Also, for people working in the financial industry, how do guys view Goldman?

      After yesterday, they deserve whatever happens to them. They are just scum. Paulson knew what was going on, and made a fortune betting against the garbage. That’s not insider trading though. Only in America!
