What software do news networks use for opening title sequences and other video effects?

I’ve always wondered how they did those cool text animations and spinning channel logos (such as fox news) or the opening title sequences with all the flashy words and animations. This is just out of curiosity.

      Many of them use Zaxwerks programs. I’ve used Invigorator for years and it’s quite cool. Zaxwerks,com.
