Daily Practice On The Punching Bags

This is Phil here. I'm student and love to spend time working out some tactics on my punching bag. I was gifted this punching bag my dad on my fourteenth birthday. As I was not at all expecting such a present I was bewildered. But as my dad knew that I was crazy about boxing he presented this to me.
He helped me learn some preliminary lesson of the game. He is busy so continued to learn on my own. When my friends joined me by then the sport has become a passion for me. Now I practice on my boxing punching bags daily. Though I like the freestanding punching bags but I still enjoy this one which is kept suspended from the ceiling of my room. I'm always thankful to my dad for this great gift.
