No, of course these exercises are not okay by themselves. Just like exercises for any other purposes, excercises for love handles must be done along with a little extra help—actually a lot of extra help. What I mean is that without the proper diet, exercise doesn’t make much difference. We know that greasy fried foods are bad. We know that carbohydrates store fats. If you eat food that is high in fat and high in carbohydrates, you are definitely fighting a losing battle. In order to lose your love handles you must eat the right food and do some exercises to target love handles. Also incorporate some overall body excersizes for love handles which will enhance your body’s metabolism and will increase your strength. Weight lifting, jogging, and aerobics are great along with love handle targeting exercises.
